The parts of the roof you want to check next are some weak points on your roof.Places that are known weak spots are areas like the chimney where it leaks a lot there.  In our roofing Oceanside service we always check those areas because it is so common that it leaks there.  It is an easy fix by just making sure you seal that area.

Finally you are going to want to look for all the spots penetrated by a nail.A lot of times the people who put the roof in when they are nailing it in, those very nail spots aren't sealed.  This is the cause of leaks that we find in my Rancho Bernardo roofing service.This is another simple fix you can do by finding it then sealing it.
