Technical Analysis Course – The Better Aspects of Charting
A technical analysis course will help you learn that if you make it through 1, 2, 3 or 4 years of commodity trading every price pattern will be seen ( look at that again ). Everything else is the endless repeat of different patterns. One of the interesting things about trading in commodities is that as you watch markets move up , and other markets are bottomed out , (the end of bear markets) you can say to yourself " okay, they'll be going up next." Of course, Without doubt, they begin the cycle again , from the top to the bottom and the bottom to the top . Each market will stop going down in price they move from side to side for awhile and then their price will go up . Bear markets always end in commodities, and bull markets always end too .
What I have just gone through is representative of a long term philosophical approach to the analysis of market prices . To put it simply, if market prices have come down the last year or two , the end of the bear market is in sight , and sometime the commodities will begin rising once again. This can be realized almost without looking at a chart . However, when you look at charts by using a technical analysis course, you can see the bear trend is ending and a trader can figure out their position.
For trading you can't go with an assumption that by noticing prices and their general movements by reading newspapers, or "thinking" about it , that this may enable you on the medium to long term basis to assume prices and the way they move. Usually you cannot restrict limits on losses with this approach once the market has been entered , due to an adverse price movement or after profits have been accumulated. Most people in an up market that don't use charting , for example, are caught by surprise by a bear crack and/or a major bear trend evolving . It's essential to have chart analysis to protect profits and avoid losses ! Take a technical analysis course before you put up your money .
