Make sure that you do not get into further debts of any kind unless you have sorted out your issues.  You are not helping yourself by borrowing money to improve your mental health.  On the contrary, you may be making it worse, and you need to be patient with the money you have and learn to manage things within your known sources of income.  Patience and a strong mind is required right now, and thinking otherwise will only keep you from hitting your ultimate goal of being debt free.
