Now you have an idea of how much money you will be spending the next job is to find a suitable venue.  Again, this should be large enough to accomodate the number of attendees you are expecting, yet at the same time not being so big as to compromise the atmosphere and make yor guests feel a little isolated.When making up a shortlist of potential venues there are several aspects you may want to take into account.As well as making sure the venue is of a sufficient size, it should also be laid out in a way that will be beneficial to your event as well as having adequate facilities.  It would also be worth your while enquiring as to whether there are any additional services provided such as catering or entertainment as this would save you having to organise these yourself.  Hotels in particular are good for these sort of services and may even be able to offer you a deal if you have lots of people attending.Another very important aspect to take into account when choosing a venue is it's location.This is especially applicable if you are organising a large seminar as it's likely that people will be travelling from far away too attend.  If this is the case then try to find a suitable venue located on the outskirts or preferably in the centre of a large town or city.
