Common Magic Beliefs Applied to Foreclosure Auction Sales

There are still many  people who believe in the power of magic spells these days, especially as it concerns the buying and selling of real estate. Although there is still a brisk trade in spells to help you find love and cure warts, there are also a lot to choose from in buying a home, even if it's through a foreclosure auction sale. Most of these spells can be modified to meet your needs or religious beliefs.

The Magic of St. Joseph

If your home is slated for a foreclosure auction sale, you should be able to stop the auction proceedings if you find someone to buy your house. This is preferable to going through with foreclosure when there are limited options available to save your home, or if you know you can’t afford to pay for the home in the future. Those who believe in the power of magic suggest that to attract a buyer very quickly you simply buy a small St. Joseph figure and bury it in the ground head down, since he is the Catholic saint of home life.

You can pray to St. Joseph, anoint the statue with holy water or give some money to charity during the burial process – it really doesn’t matter. In order to get the Saint to help you in your foreclosure auction sale problems, you need to be sincere and you need to be looking for another place to live. No one is going to do all of the work for you, not even St. Joseph.

Sigil

When you are placing a bid on a foreclosure auction sale you are of course wanting to win the property.  To ensure good luck in this aspect, some believers in magic recommend sigils. Believers use sigils to attract whatever they desire into their life. They are the magical version of lucky charms or rabbit foots.

You essentially are seen as the source of electricity flowing into the sigil since you must make it yourself. Since waiting for a government foreclosure auction can be a frustrating experience, making these might at least be a temporary distraction.

If you have a particular foreclosure auction sale in mind, you can make sigil by drawing a symbol of that home.  Make this symbol in any way you like out of any materials you like. It can be as simple markers and construction paper. Keep your sigil close at hand when you go to the foreclosure auction sale and store it in the meantime along with any paperwork for the property. If you can make the bid by phone, then hold it while making the call.
